ADIN LENCHNER
Founder and Principal
Adin Lenchner is a strategist, organizer, and advisor based in Brooklyn, New York. He has 15 years of experience working on local, state, national, and international candidate campaigns, national advocacy and issue campaigns, and in the private sector.
Adin got his start working on President Barack Obama's reelection campaign in 2012, and more recently served as Swing Left and Vote Forward's interim-Head of Program and Strategy, organizing with their nearly 500 grassroots groups, and overseeing Vote Forward’s letter writing program that sent ~10 million letters in the 2024 cycle.
At Carroll Street Campaigns, Adin partners with senior leaders across the electoral, advocacy, and business spaces to build a variety of engagements in service of building the best teams and programs that match the vision and culture of the organization and help drive results. Recent clients have included Swing Left, Courier Newsroom, the Arizona Democratic Party, and NextGen America. Adin’s work has been featured in outlets including MSNBC, NPR, Huffington Post, Politico, and Gothamist.
